Do I need equipment or a gym?
A workout mat is all you need to get started — no gym, no machines. Try your first marathon with just that to see how it feels. If you want more challenge, optional equipment can help level up:

How much time do I need per day?
Most workouts are 15–25 minutes. The marathon format is even shorter — just 7–8 minutes per session, designed to fit into the busiest days. You can take rest days whenever you need — the plan adapts to your week.
Can I switch my meal plan later?
Yes. You can switch between Base, Keto, and Vegan any time inside your account.
